100nl A7 yucky hand

Villain is 36/2/1.5

I had the main part of his range down as pair+gutshot or 2 pair like KJ/AJ. Smaller possibility of straight/set because I think he would have raised the turn - but obviously there a chance still.

I had him less on a FD, I don't know how he plays his draws but because of his AF I decided it was less likely.

I don't really mind how I played the hand except my river bet, I don't think that there is a lot I get value from also there wasn't a comfortable betting size. Once he raises the river, I know I'm toast and manage to fold - mainly due to the post I made the other day about river raises.

So is check/call ok on the river? Is there any chance he might bluff on the river with a busted FD? Or is it c/f?
