JJ OOP overpair on drawless board

I raise it up in SB with 2 limpers with JJ. T high flop, I lead out and get raised. The raise is such that I feel like I'm committing my stack by calling, so it's not like I can peel very easily, but the board is pretty dry. The only possible draw is a straight draw, but I'm guessing in the multiway pot he would just smooth call in LP.

Also, how does the player behind us affect our decision?
