AQ TPGK facing action and QQ hand

Ok, so villian is 23/10/2.6

Basically have TPGK as title says. Face a min raise on driest of the dry boards. He then sticks 3/4 pot in on the turn. I only really beat AT here, and not even sure AT plays like that. I think I see AJ a lot of the time here.

OK, Villian is 17/14/1.7

I had him earmarked as a good player and in my mind I had that if he called the flop bet, I was going to slow down slightly and if the other player called my flop bet. I was just gonna bet bet bet and try and get it AI.

He obviously called and I decided that I still wanted to bet, but I wasn't keen on trying to ship the money so I bet a conservative $8 on the turn about half pot.

On river, I considered a check, but because he didn't raise my turn bet I thought that he could easily have come this far with KT/AT. I was going to bet around $8 again, but plumped for $10.

He effectively min raised the river and I couldn't see anything that I beat. Not one hand that I beat that was raising the river, and air didn't even make sense. But I was getting 5:1 on my money, is this ever a fold even though he have great odds?
